All unaltered items sold in new condition are subject to their respective manufacturer's warranties.

Custom Light Builds

Custom light builds hold a 1-year moisture warranty. Parts used on lights are applicable to their respective manufacturer's warranty. Knockout Kustomz is not responsible for moisture issues due to improper installation by the customer or previous damages that occurred before modification. This warranty is valid only for improper seals that happen as a direct result of our work. Please note that due to varying regions and climates, there may be moisture present in the first couple of weeks due to the assemblies acclimating to the climate. Usually this moisture will clear up after this time, if it even occurs at all. In the extremely rare occurrence that you have extended issues with your product please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We do not warranty for clear coat deterioration on lenses. Please ensure a qualified technician completes installation of all items to your vehicle. Knockout Kustomz LLC is not responsible for damages as a result of improper installation.

You, the customer, are solely responsible for shipping to and from our shop for repair work. Also, any repair work completed due to failed parts that are not a result of our installation are billable as labor, the customer. Items WILL NOT be returned until bills are paid.

Paint to Match Parts

Knockout Kustomz offers a 1-year warranty that includes flaking or bubbling of paint. Rock chips do not fall within this category. We are not liable for damages from rocks or any other foreign objects that make contact with the painted surface. Additionally, we are not liable for damages from improper care, cleaning or maintenance of the paint. This includes waxing uncured paint or the use of harmful chemicals not intended for a painted surface. Painted surfaces must not see wax for 60 days after completion. All claims must be filed within 1 year of customer acceptance of the part or the warranty is void.

Knockout Kustomz is in no way liable for damages that occur from products used on your vehicle.
